Jackie grew up in Massachusetts, spending her summers in Chatham, Cape Cod. She learned to swim in its waters and later worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for the Town of Chatham throughout her teens and early twenties—early experiences that fostered a lasting connection to the ocean, movement, and community.
In 2006, Jackie moved to New York City to study Anthropology and Art History. It was there that she discovered yoga—a practice that would become a steady presence throughout her adult life.
Jackie has lived, worked, and studied across Asia, Europe, and South America since 2009, developing a global perspective that continues to inform how she relates to people and the world. A sensitivity to beauty, place, and experience sits at the core of her work, alongside a commitment to creating environments that feel thoughtful and intentional.
Jackie’s personal yoga practice deepened into an interest in wellness, meditation, and spirituality, offering support through periods of challenge as well as moments of growth and joy.
She completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and studied sound healing in India and Nepal. Jackie has practiced and taught yoga in studios, shalas, and ashrams internationally, offering classes grounded in presence, connection, and care.
